celebrating all that is feminine (C.A.T.I.F.) is a group of professional women that are dedicated to fundraising and assistance for women in need.

Welcome to our website about charity, fun, femininity and sharing.

Our silent and live auction event is in February of each year, and we have a family friendly Block Party in September.

4th Annual Block Party!

C.A.T.I.F. is excited to announce it has selected the Palatine Opportunity Center (POC), the only organization in the Palatine area to focus on empowering low-income, disadvantaged people through education, health, and family programs.  We have chosen to support their program titled ROLE – Reaching Out Lifting to Excellence.  POC welcomes families and individuals struggling to overcome barriers in language, housing, abuse, and income. The northeast quadrant of Palatine is statistically high in gang violence, school dropouts, teen pregnancy, crime and other negative indicators. The majority of women that participate in ROLE live in abusive homes and struggle to be safe, independent, and healthy. All of the women are Latino and are between the ages of 19- 45 years. POC supports these women and helps them to be safe and grow into productive community members.  ROLE is designed to empower women to become educated, employed and leaders in their community. ROLE helps women create and implement action plans to become productive members of the community. POC started with a group of strong women from all walks of life willing to give back to their community.
